Maintenance
All maintenance has been performed upon scheduled intervals.
Niello BMW
has done 90% of the work since I've owned it (3/02). Prior to my owning
it, a woman in Tempe AZ leased it, and I purchased it as a lease return.
I just recently performed the Tech Inspection II, which is all
fluids, filters, & spark plugs. I've replaced both catalytic converters,
the instrument cluster, water pump, serpentine belt, and radiator. All of these items are
common maintenance issues in the 5 series.
All
around, this car is in excellent shape. There are couple of minor door
dings but nothing serious. The key attraction for this is there is
virtually no detectible difference between this car, and a 2003 model,
other than the 4spoke steering wheel vs. 3spoke on new ones and the style
of the wheels. All the modifications have been professionally installed,
and are OEM BMW parts. Based on the below information, I am selling the
car for $26,000 without the stereo. I will put the stock
one back in, unless the new prospective buyer is hell bent on buying it
from me.
