Updates...
10/4/2007
Man, for having a personal .com webpage, this thing surely is neglected...
Lot's has happened in my life over the last couple of years. New marital
status, new job, growing kids, and some hobby additions. Most of the
regular updates are happening out on MySpace. As for here though, the
Corvette is going up for sale. Hard to express how much I'm going to miss
this car, but alas, the time has come. I sold the Camaro last year, and
ended up 'giving' the old commuter away. I bought a GMC truck in it's place.
As for other hobbies, dirt bikes, and boating have been added to the list.
(Needed the truck to haul those around) It's been real fun getting out and
spending the weekends outdoors. Lots of fun out there. Hope to see
you enjoying life too...
9/9/05 (Looks like it's
down to annual updates now..)
Well, another car update. New addition to the hot rod garage

I recently purchased a 99 Corvette. As with most of my cars, modifying the
stock performance is a must, and this was no exception. The Vette has a
Magnusson Supercharger, and host of other mods to the suspension and car in
general. It put down about 512 horsepower to the rear wheels,
and 497 ft lbs of torque. For non car people, it's plain ol' fast!
Anyway, I've put all my car pages into one area so it doesn't appear so
pretentious. What can I say, I like cars & speed!

Well, I'm home safe from my little tour of the US. For those that don't
know, I'm on holiday from work for a couple of months as Intel provides
employees a two month sabbatical every seven years of service. I chose to
spend mine on a roadtrip around the country.

"One" of the many highlights of
the trip was appearing on the David Letterman Show which aired on July 30th.
It was great being treated like a VIP all afternoon, and taken backstage.
There were about 12 people that were pulled out of line based on their
'interesting' story, and personality, and we were all told "Dave may pick any
one of you to chat with" He picked me, and two other guests.

Some new updates to the car list. I think we've finished the auto shuffle
for now... In the last couple of months, we've sold Kim's Jimmy, and as of
this weekend, I believe the paperwork is about done on the sale of my
BMW. In their place, we got Kim a new
Yukon XL, and I've got my hot rod again!!!! A long
overdue transaction, I bought my good friends
Lingenfelter Camaro. In addition, I bought a
commuter car to server as primary driver as the
Camaro is more of a weekend play car.

Well, yesterday marked the birth of my son.
It was a tough delivery for Kim, but boy howdy, are we happy. He is
absolutely perfect in every way, and the only time I remember being this happy
was when Madison was born, and the day I got married. Pretty awesome day
it's been.

Well, it's always nice when you get to see good friends. One of my best
friends, Doug, came out from Atlanta the other day
due to the passing of his Father. Our best wishes go to him and Tina.
Cars...
So I'm a car nut. I admit it.
Most of my family thinks I'm a loon for spending so much time on my cars.
But for me it's just a hobby. I enjoy tinkering on them. I like
doing stuff to make them faster than a stock car of similar build, and take
pride them keeping them detailed.
Gaming...
In my 30's and still a kid when it comes to video games. I am
a part of a group of basically a bunch of "thirty something" guys (about
12 of us) that still enjoy the hell out of playing video games. I don't
play near as much as I used to, before Madison
came along, but I still play enough to keep my edge on. Been play'n a lot
more on the LAN lately. With the guys, we have enough guys to get together
on the second Saturday of every month, and play all day. Keep an eye out
for

Other Places to See…
Check out Classmates.com for some
grins. I've ran in to quite a few old friends from high school, and
college and it's been a fun tool to look folks up.
